Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and cold-call potential clients to schedule and participate in sales meetings
  • Develop and execute outbound outreach campaigns to identify decision makers and assess prospect needs
  • Manage a pipeline of interested prospects by tracking all activity and opportunities
  • Collaborate with field-based sales teams to meet sales targets
Requirements:
  • Experience in business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/SaaS business development
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Aptitude to learn Spectrum Enterprise product suite and company style of conducting sales
  • English communication skills
  • Resiliency, persistence and ability to enthusiastically handle high volumes of rejection
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo or LinkedIn Sale Navigator
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
