Business Development Representative

Spectrum Enterprise is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and cold-call potential clients to schedule and participate in sales meetings
- Develop and execute outbound outreach campaigns to identify decision makers and assess prospect needs
- Manage a pipeline of interested prospects by tracking all activity and opportunities
- Collaborate with field-based sales teams to meet sales targets
- Experience in business development, sales development, prospecting for new business and accounts or IT/SaaS business development
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Aptitude to learn Spectrum Enterprise product suite and company style of conducting sales
- English communication skills
- Resiliency, persistence and ability to enthusiastically handle high volumes of rejection
- Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo or LinkedIn Sale Navigator
- Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
