Position Overview*Please note: Candidates must be willing to relocate to perform the duties of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales representatives with training for surgeons, hospital robotic initiatives, and overall territory management.
- Conduct technical in-services for clients, including operating room staff and surgeons.
- Promote the advantages of advanced technology to current robotic users to contribute to team sales targets.
- Acquire experience in goal setting, mapping, and achieving objectives in preparation for a quota-bearing role following the Clinical Territory Associate position.
- Handle administrative responsibilities: reporting on sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.
Required Skills, Experience, Education, & Training
- Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of leadership (military) experience or 1 year of external sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated history of success.
- Strong ambition and work ethic.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%, and work evenings and weekends as necessary.
