Position Overview

The Route Service Representative is responsible for delivering HCSC programs and services to various healthcare facilities, including outpatient centers, clinics, and physician offices using non-CDL trucks within a designated area. Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Managing inventory effectively.

** New hires are eligible for bonuses. You can earn up to $1000 within the first 180 days of employment, with additional bonuses for retention and attendance after specific periods.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • A valid driver's license is necessary.
  • Work schedule consists of 4/10 hour days, Monday through Friday, with no night shifts.
  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a service-oriented role, is desirable.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential, with the possibility of overtime as needed.
  • Strong time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial.
  • Completion of all required paperwork in a timely manner.
  • Other duties may be assigned by management.
  • Successful completion of background checks, motor vehicle records, DOT physicals, and drug screenings is required.
  • On-site inventory management responsibilities.

Compensation: $933.60 per week (gross) based on the completed schedule.
