About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, and account growth. They will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Bid on and win new business from key accounts
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and expand customer relationships
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
  • Presentation and negotiation skills are a must
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve sales objectives
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
  • Travel required approximately 30% of the time

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
