Sales and Marketing Manager

Xigent Automation Systems Inc., a renowned manufacturer of industrial automated machinery, seeks a talented Sales and Marketing Manager to drive growth and expand its market presence. Located near Columbus, Ohio, the company provides innovative automation solutions to meet the evolving needs of the manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in direct sales and high-level executive selling of automation products, systems, or components. Strong computer applications knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a willingness to travel up to 50% are essential requirements for this position.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Pursue and qualify existing and potential customers to promote Xigent solutions
- Cultivate and close deals with corporate clients
- Work closely with the Xigent sales team to educate and inform customers about Xigent's offerings
- Foster strong relationships with customer decision-makers and develop targeted sales strategies
- Stay updated on customer business developments, current conditions, future prospects, active measurements, and competitive factors
- Provide regular briefings to Xigent management on customer status, prospects, and needs
- Secure new business and additional orders from existing clients
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports on all aspects of activities, including account plans and forecasts
- Engage in diverse sales activities requiring persistence, preparation, creativity, and accountability
**Compensation Package:** The estimated annual salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000, contingent upon experience.
