Job Summary

Dexxxon Digital Storage Inc. is seeking a talented Retail Development Manager to join our team, responsible for promoting and selling our products to retail customers across the US market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to leverage their expertise in building strong relationships with retail customers and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proven track record of driving sales growth, and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this role is between $55,000 and $75,000, depending on experience and performance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell our products to new and existing retail customers, leveraging your knowledge of the market and industry trends to drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our retail partners, working collaboratively to identify opportunities for expansion and improve overall business outcomes.
  • Travel to trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to stay up-to-date with industry developments and network with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and coordination of sales efforts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity, making recommendations to enhance our market position and drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably in the electronic commerce or data storage industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
