About the Role

Serra Ford Buick GMC Rochester Hills is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing exceptional sales and service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our vehicle lineup, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the overall success of the dealership.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in automotive sales, preferably in a full-line dealership.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
