Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement a strategic vision that aligns with a nonprofit organization's mission and goals.
  • Proven track record of achieving measurable financial results and driving organizational success.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead with cultural competence, humility, and responsiveness, fostering an inclusive team culture.
Benefits

The Colorado Health Institute offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $140,000 to $190,000 per year, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits, a 401(k)-retirement plan with 7% match, monthly transportation and technology stipends, and an unlimited paid time off program.
