Global Partnerships Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our Global Partnerships team as a Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting the development of new business opportunities, collaborating with the Manager of Brand Consulting and Solutions, and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and profitability across various verticals.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Data and Analytics, Creative Services, and Partnership Activation, to design innovative partnership packages and ideas for prospective clients.
- Create engaging collateral, including brand pitches, property overview decks, partnership recaps, case studies, and one-sheeters, using Keynote and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Analyze results and identify key metrics to build data-driven stories and drive business decisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop partnership platforms that excite fans and authentically convey a brand's message.
- Manage projects from development to completion, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Update team organizational tools to ensure resources are accessible and efficiently leveraged.
- Lead internal status meetings and manage project management tools in Smartsheet.
- Develop and refine creative talents through marketing analysis to build a compelling story for our properties and partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services team to provide creative direction for sales presentations and resources.
- Support the Brand Consulting team on administrative and coordination tasks to maintain a high level of organization.
- Manage external brand relationships and develop account management experience to execute sponsorship strategies.
- Cultivate comfort in communicating with brand clients and other key stakeholders outside of Oak View Group.
- Collaborate with core OVG verticals to finalize asset packages and negotiate deals.
- Operate as an internal agency and resource for the Brand Consulting team and Global Partnerships team.
- Manage a Partnership Solutions vertical within OVG's portfolio.
We are seeking a candidate with:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-4 years of professional sponsorship experience in a high-performance sales environment; Sports, Entertainment, and/or Arena Industry experience preferred.

- Dynamic, forward-thinking, extremely analytical, and well-organized.
- Strong strategic thinking, storytelling, and planning skills.
- Strong natural selling skills with proven experience in pitch and strategic positioning.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word); Familiarity with building visual decks in Keynote; Adobe Creative Cloud suite (InDesign, Photoshop) experience a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Kore.
- Problem-solving capabilities to address and resolve issues in a growing enterprise.
- Effective negotiation skills in complex situations.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to engage in various communicative modes.
- Results-driven with a focus on bottom-line outcomes.
- Professional manners, attitude, and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of or experience with programs integrating social or digital media.
- Familiarity with standard demographic research and analytics tools (Scarborough, Repucom, YouGov).
