Administrative Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of complex secretarial duties, including coordinating office procedures and providing administrative support.
  • Serve as primary administrative support to leadership team managers, handling projects and special assignments as needed.
  • Provide back-up support to other administrative support personnel as required.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one (1) year of previous clerical experience required.
  • Admitting or billing experience and/or previous registration experience is strongly preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a high degree of professionalism and phone etiquette.
  • Ability to project a professional image.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
  • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
