Lead Patient Care Coordinator

The Patient Services Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of patient and cafe food services. This position is essential for ensuring that the staff operates efficiently and meets the needs of our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage patient services personnel to guarantee optimal service delivery.
- Conduct staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and regulations.
- Monitor quality and timeliness of services provided, addressing staffing concerns as they arise.
- Facilitate in-service training sessions and meetings, along with special projects as directed by management.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that food service areas are clean, organized, and properly stocked.
Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree in nutrition or food service management preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in food service management, with a preference for experience in healthcare settings.
Certifications: Certified Food Safety Manager required.
Skills: Proficient in standard office equipment and computer software, including MS Office applications. Must possess strong communication skills in English to effectively perform job duties.
