Position Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Clinical Services, this role is responsible for providing administrative assistance to caseworkers and managing the daily operations of the program. The individual will deliver training, support, and consultation to Case Managers while ensuring that assessments and authorizations for services are properly administered. This position will also involve coordinating marketing initiatives to enhance business growth and strategizing for future opportunities. A commitment to the recovery model and exceptional customer service is essential. Compliance with standards is crucial to ensure that each client receives clinically appropriate mental health services based on their level of care and eligibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage Case Managers and their daily productivity as required.

• Ensure documentation oversight and that performance targets are achieved.

• Provide direct care as instructed by the Clinical Director, contributing to program revenue through billable units.

• Offer administrative support to program staff.

• Maintain and manage the Master PSR caseload tracker.

• Verify that all clients have current assessments and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Monitor the caseload of each staff member to ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

• Facilitate and participate in training and meetings as directed by upper management and organizational policies.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction on a quarterly basis.

• Schedule events and represent the organization as needed.

• Promote staff awareness of operational practices and uphold company policies.

• Document all meetings and one-on-one sessions for a minimum of three years.

• Provide ongoing training and monitor clinical paperwork, developing improvement plans when necessary.

• Keep staff informed about policy updates and operational changes, completing all required documentation.

• Collaborate with the Clinical Director to create and implement outreach strategies.

• Consult with the Clinical Director on identified clinical issues.

• Act as a liaison between clients and community partners.

• Work in conjunction with front desk staff to facilitate client enrollment in PSR services.

• Generate reports for the Director and upper management as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with MCO recommendations and guidelines following audits.

• Attend community meetings to promote services and enhance networking efforts with other organizations.

• Present program goals to the Director and upper management, aiming to increase program census and revenue.

Equipment and Materials: Personal vehicle may be utilized for client visits; company vehicle usage is encouraged when available.

Education: A Bachelor's degree in the Behavioral Health field from an accredited institution is required; a Master's degree is preferred.

Training: PMAB Level II, CPR & First Aid certifications are necessary.

Licenses/Certifications: QMHP certification, a valid driver's license, and a Bachelor's degree are mandatory.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in a Behavioral Health Service environment with knowledge of case management and community resources is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly desirable. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required, along with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Physical Requirements: The role involves sitting for two-thirds of the time, with occasional standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
