Key Responsibilities:

- Manage patient interactions, including preparing consent forms and obtaining necessary approvals prior to treatment.
- Verify insurance coverage and eligibility, addressing routine inquiries regarding appointments, policies, and treatments.
- Provide clear explanations of treatment plans, insurance benefits, and financing options to patients and their families.
- Assist in the application process for payment options such as Care Credit and establish in-house payment plans with managerial approval.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and lobby areas.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
