Essential Duties:
Provide an exceptional customer service experience by:

- Verifying patient insurance coverage and managing updates.
- Addressing routine inquiries regarding appointments, policies, insurance, and treatments.
- Clarifying treatment details and addressing any patient concerns before and after procedures.
- Explaining insurance benefits, limitations, and financing options to patients and/or their guardians.
- Assisting patients with payment options, including Care Credit applications.
- Setting up in-house payment plans with managerial approval.
- Collecting fees in accordance with insurance agreements.
- Supporting team members with payment and insurance processes.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front office area.
- Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
