Essential Duties:

Provide an exceptional customer service experience by:

  • Verifying patient insurance coverage and managing updates.
  • Addressing routine inquiries regarding appointments, policies, insurance, and treatments.
  • Clarifying treatment details and addressing any patient concerns before and after procedures.
  • Explaining insurance benefits, limitations, and financing options to patients and/or their guardians.
  • Assisting patients with payment options, including Care Credit applications.
  • Setting up in-house payment plans with managerial approval.
  • Collecting fees in accordance with insurance agreements.
  • Supporting team members with payment and insurance processes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the front office area.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by management.
