Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients and prospective donors during fundraising activities.
- Maximize visibility to drive increased revenue for our charity partners.
- Acquire knowledge of marketing strategies and participate in training for professional development.
- Attend regular meetings to understand client needs and brainstorm improvements for campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed about our charity partners and follow up with potential donors.
- Address and resolve any client issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet the requests and inquiries of our charity clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing is advantageous but not mandatory.
- 1-3 years of experience in a client-facing position.
