About the Role:

The Employee Engagement Champion will play a vital role in fostering a positive work culture and promoting employee engagement within our call center environment. This individual will be responsible for organizing employee activities, events, recognition, and incentives to drive collaboration and inspire a sense of community among team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute employee incentive and recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.
  • Work closely with Site Leaders to develop and implement initiatives that promote a positive work environment.
  • Brainstorm and share ideas on how to improve employee engagement and morale, and collaborate with the team to bring these ideas to life.
  • Meet regularly with Senior Leadership to discuss site-wide initiatives and share best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing and Communications, coordinating company events, fundraising, and social media initiatives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to support employee engagement and external campaigns.
  • Organize annual events, such as picnics, holiday celebrations, and recognition programs.
  • Work in partnership with Human Resources to develop and execute employee recognition programs, including anniversary and birthday recognition.
  • Plan and execute quarterly events to celebrate top performers, perfect attendance, and core values winners.
  • Create and distribute a monthly event calendar to keep employees informed about upcoming activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of TransPerfect's core values and consistently embody them in your work.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be flexible and available to work extended hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of role.
  • Advanced understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
