Key Responsibilities- Talent Acquisition: Assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Employee Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientation sessions, prepare new hire paperwork, and maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems.
- Benefits Administration: Support benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Talent Management: Assist with performance management, employee development programs, and affirmative action planning activities.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for various HR projects, including data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Customer Service: Respond to employee inquiries and provide prompt and efficient attention to all HR-related requests.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with personnel files, employment laws, and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
