The Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This position is dedicated to supporting various teams and departments in all aspects of human capital management, including but not limited to recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, performance evaluation, and compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement Advocate: Acts as a trusted resource for employees, addressing their inquiries and concerns. Collects and analyzes feedback from diverse sources to recommend actionable improvements to enhance workplace culture.
- Talent Development Partner: Collaborates with leadership to conduct talent assessments and create comprehensive training plans. Identifies training needs and sources appropriate development programs, ensuring a mix of traditional and digital learning opportunities.
- Employee Relations Expert: Works closely with the Site HR Director to provide guidance on HR policies, labor laws, and conflict resolution. Conducts thorough investigations and manages sensitive situations with impartiality, balancing the interests of both employees and the organization.
- Recruitment and Staffing Specialist: Assists managers in workforce planning and job description creation. Partners with recruiting teams to ensure effective sourcing strategies are in place to attract top talent, managing the interview process efficiently.
- Compensation and Recognition Strategist: Collaborates with management on talent reviews and supports processes related to merit increases and promotions, ensuring accurate updates in HR systems.
- Project Support Resource: Proactively engages in special projects within the HR team, offering administrative support and contributing to various initiatives as needed.
