Job Title: East Coast Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an East Coast Territory Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our marine business in the Northeast Region of the United States.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new accounts and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop technical customer proposals and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Utilize market data to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish and maintain accurate records, including sales call reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in the marine industry
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-visit planning, call control, account development, and time and territory management
  • Demonstrated success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision makers
