Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned Senior Account Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth through consultative, customer-first selling. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll own the entire customer sales cycle from prospect to close, develop strategic relationships with Mid-Market businesses, and bring the voice of the customer to inform our product development and sales strategy.
Responsibilities- Own the entire customer sales cycle from prospect to close for Mid-Market businesses with fleets of 100+ vehicles
- Drive revenue growth through consultative, customer-first selling
- Work with cross-functional teams to define the sales organization's structure, culture, and playbook
- Provide mentorship and guidance to sales colleagues as a peer leader
- Develop a sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Articulate the Coast value proposition to qualified decision-makers, finance teams, and C-level executives
- Collaborate with marketing to create a holistic customer engagement strategy
- Share customer feedback with Coast colleagues to improve the user experience
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and projected revenue goals
- Contribute to the sales organization's strategy to help us scale exponentially
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 5+ years of full sales cycle experience as a Mid-Market Account Executive
- Familiarity with fleet and trade organizations is a plus
- Background in B2B sales operations, such as territory development, incentive plan structure, sales enablement, etc.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to leverage sales tools to maintain an organized pipeline and generate insights on sales and go-to-market approaches
- Ability to identify and engage decision-makers within a prospective client organization
- Capacity to demonstrate value and handle objections for a financial technology product
- Comfort performing fast-paced, transactional, outbound, and inbound sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Strong sales toolkit, including prospecting, qualifying, demonstrating, negotiating, and closing deals
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are part of our total compensation package, which includes benefits, signing bonus, and equity. Pay decisions are based on factors such as scope and qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to other Coast employees.
- Salary range: $100,000 - $105,000 annually
- Uncapped performance bonus

- Equity grant: commensurate with level determined at the discretion of the company, with meaningful potential upside given the company's early stage
