Job Overview

Territory Manager for Therma-Tru

We are seeking a dedicated Territory Manager to engage with our established clientele in the Northern LA and Central Coast regions, aiming to meet and exceed financial sales objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background, demonstrate independence, and be open to occasional travel.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with wholesalers, contractors, dealers, and industry professionals
  • Execute marketing initiatives tailored for specific accounts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Participate in trade exhibitions and foster ongoing customer relationships
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan for the designated territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience is required
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Willingness to travel and work autonomously

Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000
