Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our East Coast team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value customers and prospects, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the needs and pain points of our customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry and its trends, as well as a deep knowledge of our products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
