Regional Sales Manager - Northeast Region

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northeast Region. As a key member of our North America Sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Account Management:** Act as the primary point of contact for our EPC and HQ accounts in the territory, ensuring excellent customer service and driving sales growth.
  • **Communication:** Maintain regular communication with in-house personnel to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • **Relationship Building:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, dealers, and management.
  • **Business Development:** Identify customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies to meet those needs.
  • **Sales Performance:** Manage territory forecast and budgets, negotiate orders, and update our CRM system with daily interactions.

**Requirements:**

  • **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • **Experience:** 5+ years of experience in pump product sales, preferably in the West Coast Region.
  • **Travel:** Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • **Commercial Experience:** Proven commercial experience in O&G and other industries.
  • **Skills:** Strong communication and business planning skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and manage sales territory.

  • **Positive Attitude:** Strong work ethic and positive attitude, with a drive for results.

**Authorization:** Must be authorized to work in the USA.
