East Coast Sales Activation Manager

Job Summary:
The Vita Coco Company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Activation Manager to support the growth of our brands in key non-traditional channels across the Eastern Coast of the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with accounts, community partners, and customers to drive sales and brand awareness.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute local and regional sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with independent food service accounts, wholesalers, and warehouse clubs to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and presentations to communicate sales performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in CPG wholesale and/or food service sales.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales software.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
