Job Summary

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Community, ensuring maximum occupancy, and achieving high resident and employee satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader who can manage the Community's budget, staff, and resident relations effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve occupancy goals and improve resident satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Manage the Community's budget, including financial reporting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in senior living or multifamily residential, with 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Assisted Living Administrator Certification/License a plus.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
