Position Overview:
The Associate Banker SAFE Act serves as a pivotal professional who remains informed about advancements in their sector and contributes to strategic direction by evaluating their relevance to their role and the organization.

This position is recognized as a technical expert within the business, necessitating a fundamental understanding of commercial operations.

Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential to guide, influence, and persuade others, particularly colleagues from different departments and occasional external clients.

The role significantly impacts the department through intricate deliverables and offers guidance and counsel regarding the technology or operations of the organization.

The work influences an entire division, ultimately affecting the overall performance and efficiency of the job family.

Key Responsibilities:


Support the Banker in developing sales and marketing initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth and attracting new target clients, with an emphasis on Investments.

Assist the Banker in prospecting activities - conduct research on potential clients, generate leads, and develop prospects, network to identify referrals, and coordinate client engagement events.

Aid the Banker in profiling, qualifying, and converting prospects into clients.
Organize meetings with clients and prospects, including pre-call preparations, post-meeting documentation, and maintaining comprehensive records of client interactions.
Support the Banker in enhancing existing client relationships through in-depth analysis.
Provide accurate and timely revenue tracking and deal pipeline updates to the Banker.
Offer daily assistance to the Banker on documentation tasks such as account management and loan processing.
Deliver comprehensive service support to clients, including resolving complex inquiries.
Ensure that all documentation related to KYC/AML compliance is completed and updated.

Evaluate risks when making business decisions, taking into account the organization's reputation and safeguarding the company, its clients, and assets by ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and standards.


Qualifications:
6-10 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of investment products is essential; familiarity with banking and credit products is advantageous.
Ability to manage both internal and external relationships; adept at multitasking.

Education:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
