Position Summary

Blue Owl is in search of a Senior Associate/Vice President of SPV Reporting in Investment Operations, focusing on credit facility reporting and monitoring compliance with borrowing base requirements. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain calculations related to loan-to-value ratios, investment guidelines, and waterfall payments, including interest expenses, while ensuring compliance with the established covenants. This position necessitates continuous review of the underlying financial and principal activities of the investments, coordinating with the collateral agent and leverage provider as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee investment guidelines for SPV credit facilities and CLOs.
  • Calculate loan-to-value ratios and other metrics to ensure ongoing Borrowing Base compliance.
  • Evaluate fund investments to optimize financing of underlying assets.
  • Manage all compliance and reporting obligations related to credit facilities.
  • Facilitate the loan approval process in collaboration with lenders and the structuring team.
  • Maintain financial records of underlying obligors and assess potential impacts on credit facilities.
  • Review monthly reports from collateral agents/trustees and quarterly waterfall payment reports for distribution to lenders and/or noteholders.
  • Monitor liquidity requirements and prepare borrowing notices as needed.
  • Track credit facility ratings and debt positions in WSO, ensuring they are current.
  • Prepare interfund transfer documentation among credit facilities and the parent fund for leverage requirements.

  • 5-10 years of experience in the financial services sector.
  • Professional experience in loan operations.
  • Exemplary level of professionalism.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach in all interactions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including both oral and written communication.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.
  • Capability to multitask while maintaining focus.
  • Bachelor's degree is required.
