The advisor exercises advanced judgment and conducts thorough quantitative or qualitative analyses to address challenges and devise innovative solutions. They are expected to think beyond conventional solutions and current knowledge in complex areas, significantly influencing the function and overall business through strategic decision-making.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify potential clients and establish meaningful connections to convert them into loyal customers.
  • Exhibit a profound understanding of clients' businesses and their wealth generation sources.
  • Anticipate significant life and business events for clients that may have substantial financial consequences.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights on financial matters.

  • Organize and prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to optimize revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Establish a referral network to gain introductions to potential clients, generating new business opportunities.
  • Close transactions while making appropriate concessions aligned with the organization's core interests.
  • Support team members in gaining the experience needed to build credibility with clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to team success, prioritizing collective goals over individual achievements.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience.
  • Extensive experience in Private Banking, particularly with Ultra High Net Worth clients, and a proven track record in relationship management.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of all banking and product systems, platforms, tools, and capabilities.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
