Description:

  • Manage new account opening process on vendor platforms such as ClearPar, LendAmend and Custodians
  • Complete new account forms with vendors
  • Review fee schedules and agreement documents from 3rd party vendors such as custodians, fintech providers, trustees, and brokers
  • Set up new portfolios in the internal databases using fund documentation
  • Coordinate and address all KYC questions from internal teams with trading counterparties, fund administrators, custodians, and other third party vendors
  • Create tax forms for any new entities
  • Maintain the latest version of IRS tax forms for existing entities
  • Maintain database of formation documents, tax forms, administrative details, etc.
  • Regularly update the internal authorized signatory list


Requirements:

  • 7+ years of full-time experience with onboarding third party service providers at a Hedge Fund, Private Equity Fund, Fund of Fund, Fund Administrator, Custodian, or Broker Dealer
  • Familiarity with fund documentation and third party vendor agreements
  • Experience with coordinating KYC with brokers, banks, trading parties
  • Excellent written and oral communication required
  • Great attention to detail required
  • Experience with opening new accounts with LendAmend and ClearPar is preferred, but not necessary
