We are currently in search of a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to join our executive leadership team and spearhead our financial strategy.


Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer will be instrumental in defining our financial trajectory.

This executive-level role demands a strategic visionary with a solid history in financial oversight, particularly within the healthcare industry.

Reporting directly to the executive leadership, the CFO will manage all financial operations, offer strategic insights, and lead our finance department.


Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Management:
Formulate and implement financial strategies to align with organizational objectives.
Provide strategic financial counsel to executive leadership regarding planning, budgeting, and investment priorities.
Serve as a liaison with external auditors and oversee audit preparations.
Assess and manage financial risks to ensure operational effectiveness.

Financial Operations Oversight:
Supervise budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.
Manage financial forecasting processes and the preparation of financial reports.
Enhance banking relationships and cash management strategies.
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal controls.

Leadership and Team Development:
Inspire and lead the finance team to achieve excellence.
Cultivate a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Mentor and support team members in their professional development.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CFO or Director of Financial Operations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Proficiency in NetSuite (minimum of 3 years).
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Expertise in financial management and accounting principles.
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage complexity.

Education:
MBA or equivalent required; CPA preferred.
