We are seeking a highly skilled Rac Loan Processor II to join our team at Truist Inc. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate funding of dealer contract packages.
Key Responsibilities- Verify and enter contract and applicant information into our loan servicing system to ensure compliance with all guidelines and policies.
- Work closely with underwriting and sales staff to achieve monthly loan volume objectives.
- Provide training and management assistance to Loan Processor I teammates as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer clients to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist in managing dealer and customer fraud by ensuring thorough and proper verifications are completed.
- High School diploma or equivalent education and related training or experience.
- Two years of experience or equivalent training in finance or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical ability, and written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule, including overtime as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent education and related training or experience.
- Previous experience in finance or a credit-related industry.
- Knowledge of credit verification processes and related documents.
This role requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, and lifting. The ability to access and interpret client information, hear and speak with individuals, and work standard office equipment is also required.
