KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Sales Support Associate will assist the Account Sales Executives in managing key chain accounts within the designated district. Responsibilities include:
  • Ensuring 100% shelf distribution of all authorized products in each account and facilitating the introduction of new items, direct store delivery products, and new offerings.
  • Communicating current pricing details and verifying that all pricing is accurate on displays and within accounts.
  • Building and merchandising displays, restocking shelves and cold boxes, while upholding Regal Wine Company’s merchandising standards.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with store managers, liquor department managers, and other store personnel.
  • Prioritizing and planning account activities by completing pre-plans and recaps for the District Manager.
  • Participating in team meetings, contributing to goal reviews, and developing execution plans.
  • Carrying a company-issued cell phone and point-of-sale materials in the vehicle during work hours.
  • Continuing to enhance wine knowledge, business acumen, and sales skills to elevate professional expertise.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned by the Royal District or Region Manager.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a valid driver's license; maintain current auto insurance coverage and a clean driving record.
  • Available to work early morning hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Able to travel within California up to six times per year for educational and training purposes.
  • Capable of repetitively lifting a minimum of 50 lbs; able to bend, squat, climb, kneel, twist, and lift frequently.
  • Willing to reside within the designated territory.


Compensation:
$20.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly wage, the Sales Support Associate is eligible for a discretionary bonus, a monthly auto allowance, a gas card for business use, a company-issued cell phone, paid home internet (up to $50/month), an expense account, and various sales incentives.
