Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Consistently delivering sales plan and company objectives through cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
  • Providing an unsurpassed and memorable customer experience through making a connection, attention to detail, and offering solutions that result in customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participating and contributing to a positive store environment, fostering strong, professional relationships with peers, management, Opticians, and support staff.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills
  • The ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  • A self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task; ability to respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
