Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling and leasing new and used vehicles, maintaining a high level of gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to internet leads and follow up with potential customers
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles to customers
  • Negotiate and contract sales with customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up with customers before and after the sale

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one to three months of related experience and/or training preferred
  • Valid Virginia Sales License and a valid Driver's License required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
