  • Experience managing customer service operations within the State Farm Insurance framework is required.
  • Proven sales experience with State Farm Insurance products is necessary.

  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team setting.
  • Familiarity with Windows-based applications.
  • Capable of coordinating efforts with colleagues to achieve agency objectives.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
  • Possession of a Property and Casualty License is mandatory.
  • Life and Health License is also required.
