Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to provide essential administrative and business support services within our school, department, or unit. This role may include budget maintenance, personnel processing, policy communication, facilities/space management, and database administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to faculty and staff, including budget maintenance and personnel processing.
  • Communicate policies and procedures to staff and students, and ensure compliance with university regulations.
  • Manage facilities and space, including scheduling and coordinating events.
  • Administer databases and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software.
