About the Role

As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a key role in the Care for Business (CfB) sales process, partnering closely with Account Executives, Marketing, RFx team, and Pricing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation and distribution of proposals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Manage opportunities, ensuring seamless routing and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain sales materials, including presentation builds and personalized content.
  • Provide day-to-day sales process support, including contract and NDA management.
  • Ensure Salesforce opportunity and contact quality assurance.
  • Act as a sales process help desk, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate communications between Strategic Partner VPs/Relationship Manager and Marketing/Implementation for voluntary only customers.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in a sales support function.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively work in a matrix organization.
  • Strong strategic, innovative, and analytical thinking.
  • Experience in supporting complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong communication, writing, and relationship-building skills.
What We Offer

Care offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000, depending on location, experience, and performance. Our total compensation package includes annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
