Job Title: Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team at Bruckner's Truck Sales. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in achieving their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact customers and prospects to identify potential sales opportunities for new trucks, used trucks, and trailers.
  • Maintain a database of existing customers and sales prospects to organize customer contact and potentially use by all departments.
  • Assist truck sales people with the preparation of sales quotes and filing and tracking of sales assistance on new trucks.
  • Work with customers and prospects that come to the dealership when the sales people are out of the office or occupied with other tasks.
  • Help rental customers that come to the dealership to pick up vehicles when the rental manager is out of the office.
  • Organize and maintain the used truck files that are kept on the dealership's computer data base, including pictures and specifications of the used truck inventory.
  • Enter the specifications and pictures of the used truck inventory on the company website.
  • Assist the Sales manager in gathering information for the production of a direct mail piece on a monthly basis.
  • Place advertising of new and used trucks as directed by the Sales Manager.
  • Follow up with customers of the dealership to assure that they are satisfied with the products and services they have purchased.
Requirements:
  • A minimum high school diploma with appropriate experience is required.
  • Must have a minimum 2 years retail sales experience. Preferably some heavy duty or medium duty truck experience.
  • The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • Commitment to company core values.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Adequate skill to prepare sales quotes, sales assistance, and analyze truck market data.
