You will work closely with field consultants to gather market intelligence and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to solve complex problems with broad impact on the business segment and financials, and provide ongoing updates to prospects, consultants and / or intermediaries about the investment philosophy, process, and performance of specific products.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Proven track record in business development sales, particularly in the institutional marketplace
- Extensive knowledge of the institutional marketplace, including pension, insurance, endowment & foundation, sub-advisory and understanding all aspects of the investors
- Superior prospecting, lead generation and relationship management skills
- Ability to function independently while providing feedback and direction to senior management
