Institutional Sales and Growth Leader

We're looking for a seasoned API Sales Manager who can spearhead the growth of our API business in the crypto space. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market.
Unlocking Value Through API SolutionsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to the expansion of our API products. You'll collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and marketing teams to develop innovative solutions that meet the needs of institutional users.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and adoption of our API products among institutional users.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail and institutional partners.
- Maintain a deep understanding of financial market structures and the institutional crypto landscape.
- 5-8 years of professional experience, including 5-6 years in investment banking, sales, or trading.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to influence and persuade external stakeholders effectively.
- A minimum full-time salary of $202,000 - $224,000.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including company-paid medical, dental, & vision for you and your dependents, gym subsidy, 401(k) with 4% employer contribution, annual $1,500 education stipend, unlimited and encouraged time off, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, home office setup stipend for remote employees, and daily lunches at NY headquarters.
