ATS Scientific Products is seeking to enhance our workforce with a new opportunity for a Senior Administrative Coordinator. In this position, the Senior Administrative Coordinator will undertake a comprehensive array of administrative functions at the executive level, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Proactively organize and oversee appointments using Microsoft Outlook.
• Manage and filter incoming phone calls and emails.
• Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations and spreadsheets.
• Draft and send correspondence through various channels including email and fax.
• Independently address routine letters and general correspondence.
• Schedule both internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate meeting room bookings.
• Compile, manage, and process all incoming mail.

• Enhance and format drafts of documents, utilizing tables, importing Excel data, and managing pagination and merges.

• Follow up on assignments delegated to staff and generate status updates.
• Copy and distribute monthly reports.
• Maintain organized files and records, including their storage.
• Arrange travel logistics as required, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Handle sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion.

• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all business activities, adhering to the ATS Code of Business Conduct.


REQUIREMENTS:
• Post-secondary education in administrative support or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an administrative support capacity.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, and other standard software applications.
• Strong organizational, secretarial, and computer skills are essential.
• Experience in managing teams across various geographies and time zones.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with individuals at all organizational levels.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a collaborative environment is crucial.
• The candidate should demonstrate initiative, creativity, and the capability to meet deadlines.
