Ann's Choice is a picturesque 103-acre continuing care retirement community located in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. We are part of a growing network of communities managed by Erickson Senior Living, a national provider of senior living and health care with campuses across multiple states.

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. The RN plays a crucial role in promoting, restoring, and maintaining the health and well-being of our residents by collaborating with healthcare providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The primary responsibility of the RN is to deliver both physical and psychosocial support to residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with residents and their families through a consistent caregiver approach, addressing the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of residents while prioritizing their well-being.
  • Executing all clinical responsibilities in accordance with state nursing regulations and established nursing standards.
  • Encouraging resident independence by setting care goals, educating residents and family members about conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
  • Monitoring residents' clinical and care conditions to detect any changes in status and responding appropriately to ensure comfort and safety.
  • Collaborating with care associates to provide routine nursing care to assigned residents as necessary.
  • Upholding infection control practices, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed.
  • Creating and coordinating a comprehensive holistic care plan to address the clinical and care needs of residents in partnership with the interdisciplinary and neighborhood teams.
  • Respecting and documenting residents' preferences, routines, and choices in their electronic medical records.
  • Ensuring that all documentation is accurate, current, and completed in a timely manner.
  • Participating in care conferences for designated residents as requested by the Clinical Manager.
Compensation:
$ hour* + Shift Differential (PT/FT Rates), based on years of experience.

Compensation:
$41.00 per hour + Shift Differential (PRN Rates)

Available Schedules (Subject to Change):

Part-Time Day: W1: SUN/FRI W2: MON/SAT

Part-Time Evening: W1: W/THUR W2: MON/FRI

Qualifications:
  • Must possess an active RN license in the state of practice and have graduated from an accredited Registered Nurse program.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as an RN is required.
  • A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
  • Experience with electronic medical records is preferred.
  • CPR certification is mandatory.
