Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Assistant to join our team at the Hillsboro Club. As a key member of our Reservations Department, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all member reservations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reservation Management: Assist with the coordination and management of all member reservations, including room bookings, special requests, and cancellations.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with various departments, including Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Food and Beverage, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve any issues that may arise, using effective problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, some college coursework preferred.
  • Experience: Front desk/reservations experience required, previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in computer software, and experience with reservation systems.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
