The Hillsboro Club, a prestigious private residence club in South Florida, is seeking an experienced Reservations Assistant to support the Reservations Department at our luxurious property. This role will be responsible for coordinating and managing all member reservations for the club, ensuring seamless communication between departments and delivering exceptional member experiences.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability and rates for members and guests.
  • Process and record reservations efficiently.
  • Collaborate with front desk personnel to ensure smooth operations.
  • Arrange special guest services and utilize effective selling techniques to upgrade rooms.
  • Pre-register and block rooms for reservations, maintaining accurate records.
  • Contribute to room revenue and occupancy forecasts.
  • Prepare arrival lists and maintain records for no-show accounts.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework preferred.
  • Front desk/reservations experience required, with a background in customer service or hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with reservation software, with the ability to work flexible hours.
