Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome all guests with a warm and inviting attitude upon their arrival.
- Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring all required information is accurately collected.
- Handle payment processing and maintain precise records of all transactions.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, or any issues they may encounter during their visit.
- Oversee reservations and ensure all guest information is current and accurate.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests promptly.
- Respond to phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Keep the front desk area clean and organized at all times.
- Provide guests with information and recommendations regarding local attractions, dining options, and events.
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service and represent the club positively at all times.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as necessary.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate or bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally within the hospitality sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer systems.
- Familiarity with reservation software (e.g., Opera, Maestro) is advantageous.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
