Reservations Group Coordinator

At The Singer Oceanfront Resort, we are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to support our group reservation needs as a Reservations Group Coordinator.

This role involves working closely with our sales and events teams to coordinate reservations for groups, ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated. You will also assist the Front Office with pre-registration of V.I.P.'s and Preferred accounts, and assist in preparation of 10-day forecast and Group Commitment report.

As a Reservations Group Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate group reservations and ensure accurate documentation and communication
  • Assist Front Office with pre-registration of V.I.P.'s and Preferred accounts
  • Assist in preparation of 10-day forecast and Group Commitment report
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in reservations or group sales in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills; read, write, and speak English fluently
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
  • OnQ experience preferred
