Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to oversee our initiatives within the Life Sciences sector at Incedo Inc. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in life sciences and project oversight, coupled with a commitment to advancing projects that positively impact healthcare and biotechnology.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage life sciences projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they align with organizational objectives.
  • Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resource distribution, and financial parameters.
  • Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams, including researchers, scientists, regulatory specialists, and external collaborators, to achieve project success.
  • Track project advancement, recognize potential challenges, and apply strategies to mitigate risks for timely project delivery.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, offering updates on project developments, key milestones, and any necessary adjustments to the project framework.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize project meetings, generate project documentation, and monitor project deliverables.
  • Oversee project finances, manage expenditures, and report on budgetary performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing effective project management practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the life sciences or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently and achieve results within established timelines.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a talent for influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
