Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience within the life sciences or a comparable sector.
  • Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects concurrently and achieve results within specified timelines.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies is beneficial.
