  • Create comprehensive project plans that outline scope, timelines, resource distribution, and financial projections.
  • Facilitate collaboration among diverse teams, including researchers, scientists, regulatory experts, and external stakeholders, to achieve successful project results.
  • Track project advancement, recognize potential challenges, and apply risk management strategies to guarantee timely project execution.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, key milestones, and any necessary adjustments to the project strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and industry guidelines throughout the duration of the project.
  • Organize project meetings, generate project documentation, and monitor project deliverables.
  • Oversee project finances, manage expenditures, and report on budgetary performance.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancement and implementing effective project management practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline; a Master's degree or PMP certification is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years of project management experience within the life sciences or a comparable field.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects concurrently and achieve results within established timelines.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
