Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking a Client Advisor with a strong background in Men's Ready-to-Wear to join our Miami boutique. The successful candidate will have demonstrated expertise in the Men's RTW sector, coupled with a solid sales history and a robust client portfolio.

This role is pivotal in driving store performance by meeting sales targets, delivering exceptional client service, and achieving all key performance indicators. The Client Advisor will also lead training sessions focused on the Men's RTW category.


Client Engagement Responsibilities:
  • Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Master the client journey to enhance customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Engage proactively with existing and potential clients as directed by management.
  • Deliver exemplary service throughout all phases of the client interaction.
  • Focus on client development and retention, while also attracting new clientele.
  • Capitalize on every sales opportunity, whether through walk-ins, private appointments, or phone inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve store sales and business objectives.
  • Address any client concerns promptly and escalate as necessary.

Merchandising and Visual Presentation:
  • Manage all sales and post-sales processes.
  • Ensure optimal product presentation and stock levels on the sales floor.
  • Maintain awareness of warehouse inventory to facilitate restocking.
  • Adhere to administrative and operational protocols.
  • Coordinate with the In-Store Visual team to ensure compliance with display standards.

Operational Knowledge:
  • Understand and implement company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize the POS system for all client transactions.
  • Participate in operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar luxury retail role.
  • Proven sales performance.
  • Strong understanding of product knowledge and client engagement.
  • Team-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
